Our Take Two program provides training, consultation, and reflective practice to the wider Children and Family Services sector. We conduct and disseminate evaluation research on our therapeutic services, guided by the Model of Neurosequential Therapeutics. This approach enables us to develop effective intervention plans that cater to individual needs.

As a Senior Clinician, you will have a leadership role in the team, supporting the Clinical Team Leader and building partnerships with key stakeholders. You will also conduct assessments and develop therapeutic treatment plans, advocating for the dignity and human rights of clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • A post-graduate degree is preferred
  • Experience conducting trauma and developmentally informed clinical work with children and young people
  • Passion for being strength based and trauma informed
  • Experience in Child Protection and Out of Home Care sector
