Our Program
  • We support local students to build their job-ready skills and experience a practice interview.

As an interviewer, your role will be to conduct one-to-one mock job interviews with Year 9 students from local schools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conducting one-to-one mock job interviews with students.
  2. Providing students with feedback on their resume/cover letters, interview answers, and presentation.
  3. Participating in training and using provided materials.

By volunteering, you will have the opportunity to equip young people with the skills and confidence to enter the workforce, connect with like-minded people in your community, and gain satisfaction from seeing students succeed in their interviews.

Requirements
  • A current Working with Children's Check is required for this role.
