Transportation Growth Director
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership and the ability to drive long-term growth plans in the ANZ Transport sector. This role requires a strong understanding of Transport, Wharf Cartage, Depot, and Port stevedore sectors in the ANZ market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the product strategy and business roadmap for Landside Transportation in Oceania with alignment to the global product strategic directive and customer needs in the Australia and New Zealand markets.
- Lead key organic growth initiatives in the market through leveraging Maersk's end-to-end customer integrator value proposition.
- Monitor product performance and implement initiatives to improve profitability and cost-to-serve.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, sustainability updates, competitor/market developments and customer demand trends in the Oceania transportation sector.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience with strong expertise across strategy and operations to drive long-term growth plans in the ANZ Transport sector.
- Previous work experience and deep knowledge across Transport, Wharf Cartage, Depot, and Port stevedore sectors in the ANZ market.
- Proven track record of strategic leadership, delivering key growth initiatives, and managing complex P&Ls.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and leadership qualities.
