About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our luxury brand. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the boutique management team, ensuring that all aspects of the business run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the boutique management team, including diary management, email management, and general administration tasks.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all financial procedures, including payment processing and reconciliation.
  • Manage the boutique's administrative requirements, including managing contractors and liaising with other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in an Administrative Role within a luxury retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
