About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading technology procurement service organisation as a Senior Account Manager. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, delivering a high degree of service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Deliver on service level arrangements, identifying project needs and facilitating the service required through the project lifecycle.
  • Effectively network to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, qualify, quote, and close new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous account management and client relationship experience, with a proven track record of reigniting and expanding existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, particularly in government projects.
  • A natural interest and curiosity in technology, with problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A high attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in servicing a client portfolio of Government and Defence customers is highly regarded.
