We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at adidas. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned Global Key Accounts (Footlocker and/or JD Sports) and Categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with Global Key Accounts to drive sales and margins to budget expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer focus and management to ensure alignment of brand and product initiatives with customer and consumer needs.
  • Drive effective sell-in and sell-out strategies through the Go To Market cycle to ensure reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account.
  • Accurately forecast sales on a monthly and annual basis to inform business planning and decision-making.
  • Build and deliver on an operational business plan to drive mutual and sustainable growth with Global Key Accounts.
  • Monitor and report on customer and competitor activities to inform business decisions and propose/initiate/take actions as needed.
  • Ensure customer compliance with agreements and negotiate and enforce adidas Group trade terms as required.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business with marketing and sales focus.
  • Industry experience in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG, with exposure to sports, marketing, and account marketing.
  • Functional experience in sales as a Key Account Manager or in the field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
