Print and Communications Coordinator

This role supports the Marketing division with administrative and communications tasks. The coordinator is responsible for managing publications, coordination of suppliers, stock inventory management, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

  • Manage the design, printing, and distribution of hardcopy and online branded publications.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to produce communications and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate contracts, fee scheduling, and relationships with key suppliers.
  • Maintain efficient stock levels and coordinate print and stock orders for stationery and business cards.
  • Process agreements and invoices.
  • Ensure adherence to print policy.
