Add expected salary to your profile for insightsSecurity Officers – Westfield GeelongWe are currently seeking experienced and licensed Security Officers to join our team in Full-Time role working 0600-1800 on the following roster.Week 1 - Wednesday, Thursday, FridayWeek 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, SundayAs a Security Officer at Westfield Geelong, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for shoppers, retailers, and visitors, all while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.What you'll be doing:Providing professional and friendly front-line customer serviceResponding to incidents, including medical, emergency, and security-related eventsMonitoring safety risks and reporting hazards or suspicious activitySupporting centre operations through crowd management and de-escalation techniquesAssisting with emergency procedures and evacuation protocolsWhat you'll need:Current Victorian Security License with Crowd Control functionCurrent First Aid and CPR certificatesExcellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer experienceAvailability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysHigh standard of personal presentation and professionalismWhy join Trident?
