Recreation Projects and Community Development Manager

Looking for a leadership role in Melbourne's outer south-east? We are seeking an experienced Recreation Projects and Community Development Manager to oversee sports and leisure open space programs across council.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the planning, implementation and delivery of recreation and capital works projects including oval redevelopments, netball courts, sports pavilions, sports lighting, cricket pitches.
- Engage with stakeholders through presentations at toolbox meetings, site meetings, community consultation briefings, and high-level meetings with councillors.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, management, and consultation skills.
- Ability to present at various levels and manage budgets effectively.
