**About the Centre**

Casey ARC is a centre for everyone. One of Melbourne's best health and recreation facilities, Casey ARC's state of the art facilities include a 50 metre swimming pool, wave pool, program pool and toddler pool area, a fully equipped health club area, extensive group fitness timetable and programs that cater to older adults and Children. The Centre is owned by the City of Casey and managed by the YMCA Victoria.

**About the Role**

As a Duty Manager at Casey ARC, you will have delegated authority of the Centre Manager, and will maintain a broad knowledge of centre programs and services whilst at the same time managing a range of centre functions whilst on shift which may include;
- Maintaining a focus on 'Big Picture' issues Centre wide
- Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of Centre's Emergency Action Plan
- Working autonomously as well as being an active leader

This is a casual position and the hourly rate is $38.43 + Super.

**About you**

**Essential Qualifications**
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate

**Other Desired Qualifications or Knowledge**
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Legislation is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar facility in a supervisory role is desirable
