Senior Support Specialist Opportunity

About the Position

This maternity leave contract involves providing high-level support while leading the Office Experience team.

  • Provide specialist support to senior executives, including the General Manager and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Lead and manage the Office Experience team, including vendors, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee office operations, including forward-planning executive calendars, events, and team schedules.
  • Support with onboarding and logistics for new starters, as well as coordinate and deliver engaging office events.
What We're Seeking

We require an experienced Senior Support Specialist or Office Manager with leadership skills and organisational abilities.

  • Previous experience in a corporate or global organisation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience developing team members.
  • Strong organisational skills, with confidence to make decisions on behalf of executives.
