Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced administrative professionals to join our team in various locations across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Managing front-desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and documents
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, preferably MYOB or Xero
  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
