Career opportunity exists for an administration professional to join our CBD location, close to public transport.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in accounting practice or a similar field within the professional services sector. Furthermore, they should demonstrate excellent career progression potential and a strong work ethic.
A fantastic chance is available for a motivated Receptionist/Office support to be based in the Melbourne CBD. Our organisation seeks an individual with a proactive attitude who is eager to progress their career within a professional practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients warmly
- Liaise with clients and other organisations through telephone and in-person communication
- Provide administrative support to accountants as needed
- Serve as backup for ASIC administrators when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within a Public Practice Firm or Professional Services organisation (e.g. Financial, Legal)
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience
- Strong organisational skills combined with effective communication abilities
- Excellent presentation skills
- Passion for professional services and interest in furthering one's career
