About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Ivy & Jack, a 120-seat venue located in the heart of Perth CBD.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Exceptional Service: Greet and escort customers to their table, prepare beverages to a high standard, and serve food in a professional and timely manner.
  • Highlighting Promotions: Inform customers of daily specials and promotions, and provide meal and/or beverage pairing recommendations upon request.
  • Maintaining a Clean Environment: Ensure the physical appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Work with and support your colleagues to offer a smooth service to our customers.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Have previous experience in a similar Food and Beverage or bar service role.
  • Barista Experience: Barista experience is favourable.
  • Customer Focus: Be someone who is highly motivated and genuinely loves to interact with a variety of different people.
  • Responsible Service: Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
  • Flexibility: Be able to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends, and Public Holidays.
