**RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (5-MONTH CONTRACT) - SEASONAL RECRUITMENT**

**About the Role**

**This is a fast-paced, 5-month contract** ideal for someone with a **high-volume recruitment** or **resourcing background**, ideally from retail, hospitality, or agency environments.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- ** Team Member Recruitment Blitz**: Own and deliver high-volume recruitment across multiple markets, helping to hire hundreds of casuals in the lead-up to summer.
- ** Stakeholder Support**: Partner closely with our Restaurant Managers and People team to provide a seamless recruitment experience.
- ** Project Support**: Jump into team initiatives and support seasonal hiring campaigns, employer branding activities, and onboarding support.

**What We’re Looking For**
- ** Volume Recruitment Pro** - You've managed end-to-end high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- ** Strong Communicator** - You’re confident working with hiring managers, coordinating group recruitment sessions, and sharing feedback clearly.
- ** Organised & Efficient** - You’re comfortable using recruitment tools, tracking progress, and juggling multiple roles at once.
- ** Positive Vibes** - You bring good energy, collaborate well in a team, and roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
