Strategic Enterprise Security Advisor

As an Enterprise Security Specialist, you will manage some of DigiCert's largest Enterprise PKI, IoT, and TLS clients. You will build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Our Premium clients receive higher-level support, faster response times, and proactive information about service updates.
You will understand and articulate customers' business objectives and recommend additional features to enhance their security posture.
- Develop and proactively manage strong relationships with internal personnel in all functional areas of DigiCert.
- Presentation of customer business reviews to executive business owners and technical customer contacts.
- Service renewals and expirations monitoring to avoid disruption to service.
- Upcoming changes communication that may impact services.
- Expert-level escalation management techniques and effective communication of ongoing status of technical issues.
- Customer lifecycle management to ensure customers' business goals are met.
Assistance to Sales teams and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
