Job Title: Support Worker

Mackay, Australia Point Care offers a wide range of disability services. At Point Care, it is our pleasure to see people with disabilities achieve their goals. If you can dream it, we can support you in achieving it.
Our team provides support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plan, assisting with daily living activities and providing transportation assistance. We keep accurate records of client care plans and progress, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
Requirements include a minimum of high school or equivalent, and certificate 2 or 4 in individual support or willingness to work towards completion. Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disabilities is also required. We are seeking someone who is available for day shifts, night shifts, sleepovers, and weekends.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plan
  • Assist clients with daily living activities
  • Provide transportation assistance to clients
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care plans and progress
