Job Role Overview

We provide support services for individuals with disabilities, focusing on enabling them to lead fulfilling lives in line with their personal interests and goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Disability Support Professional, your primary role will be to deliver personalized assistance to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve maximum independence.

  • You must be adaptable and flexible, working various shifts including days, evenings, early mornings, weekends, and sleepovers.
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is highly advantageous.
  • Meet the physical requirements of the role as some manual handling tasks may be involved.

You are required to hold or be willing to obtain:

  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • National Criminal History Check
  • Australian open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
Essential Skills
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills are vital for this role.
  • Excellent documentation skills are also required.
