Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to clients, promoting independence, managing complex behaviours, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, early mornings, weekends, and sleepovers with penalty rates applied.
  • The ability to meet physical demands, as some manual handling tasks may be involved.
  • Hold or obtain necessary certifications, including a Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check, and an open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
