Disability Support Caregiver

About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide personalized support to clients in accordance with their individual needs and goals. This may include assisting with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Provision: Provide high-quality support services that promote the health, well-being, and independence of clients.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and other members of the care team.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care plans and progress.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of high school or equivalent qualification.
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support or willingness to work towards completion.
- Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disability.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
