Employee Relations Business Partner

Knowledge of employee and industrial relations , including industrial instruments and Enterprise Agreements.
Proven negotiation skills, with experience resolving conflicts and leading enterprise bargaining.
Ability to advise and coach leaders, develop ER frameworks , and represent the organisation in tribunals.
Experience liaising with unions and managing industrial relations risks.
Skilled in using data to drive change and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred : Experience in large or public sector organisations.
Familiarity with interest-based bargaining.
