Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine demand planning processes to enhance forecast accuracy and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align assumptions, challenge plans, and improve forecasting outcomes.
- Lead scenario planning and root cause analysis to inform agile decision-making and optimize business performance.
- Promote demand planning best practices and represent the function in key meetings to bridge the gap between supply chain and sales.
- Take ownership of strategic processes such as new product development, sales and operations planning, or long-term forecasting, rotating quarterly.
