This role will lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and customer operations across the ANZ region, supporting a premium product portfolio in the medical industry.
The Role You will be responsible for end-to-end demand planning and customer service leadership, working closely with supply chain, sales, marketing, and regional teams to ensure forecast accuracy, stock availability, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities Lead the ANZ demand planning process, collaborating across commercial and supply chain teams Manage and mentor the customer service team to deliver a high standard of support to healthcare professionals Maintain optimal inventory and stock flow across multiple SKUs and channels Drive improvements across S&OP, order-to-cash, and customer experience processes Report and analyse performance metrics including forecast accuracy, OTIF and service levels You Will Bring Proven experience in demand planning and supply chain management Strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence Background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, or FMCG preferred Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (e.g.
