
Future-Focused Demand Planning Expert

As a Graduate Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting the forecasting of product demand and working alongside experienced planners and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product availability and meet customer needs while minimizing excess inventory.
This involves analyzing historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts, collaborating with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to understand factors influencing demand, monitoring forecast accuracy, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and opportunities related to demand variability, contributing to inventory planning discussions for new and existing products, and participating in cross-functional meetings and planning sessions to gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes.
Requirements- A recent Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong Excel skills and an interest in learning forecasting tools.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for solving problems and improving processes.
