Job Overview
\As a key member of our global planning team, we are seeking an analytical and commercially-minded Supply Chain Planner to drive demand and supply operations.
\- Manage end-to-end demand and supply for assigned product categories across multiple markets globally.
- Develop and maintain rolling 18-month forecasts using Excel and S&OP inputs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead strategic demand planning meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across Commercial, Marketing, and Production functions.
- Place weekly replenishment orders based on forecasted demand and production capacity, ensuring timely delivery and minimal stockouts.
- Liaise closely with factories and suppliers to communicate forecast changes and optimize supply chain performance.
- Monitor and own critical KPIs including DIFOT, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) planning initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
- Collaborate with Finance to provide accurate SKU volumes for revenue forecasting and business planning, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Drive ongoing process enhancements across forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain systems, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
