ROLE OVERVIEW...

This position is tasked with approving service requests from authorized repairers for passenger and commercial vehicles and equipment on a national scale. This role is essential in managing maintenance costs incurred post-delivery of vehicles to customers, ensuring accurate information is provided while addressing daily queries and operational challenges within set timeframes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE...

  • Authorize maintenance and repair requests from suppliers for managed vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure all services performed comply with the manufacturer's service standards.
  • Oversee that repairs for defective vehicles and equipment adhere to current compliance and health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to enhance their usage of the EVO portal.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries related to maintenance.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Qualified Diesel Mechanic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening and inquiry abilities.
  • Ability to critically analyze information and resolve issues, showcasing resourcefulness, persistence, and accountability.

It is essential for candidates to possess a valid heavy vehicle mechanic license.
