About the Role

This position is responsible for providing approvals to approved service repairers for passenger, commercial vehicles, and equipment nationally. The role involves managing maintenance costs incurred after the vehicle has been delivered to the customer, ensuring accurate information, and resolving day-to-day queries and operational issues within agreed timeframes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Approve suppliers' requests for maintenance and repair work on managed vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure all services carried out are within the manufacturers' service requirements.
  • Ensure defective vehicle and equipment repairs are carried out in accordance with current CoR and Health and Safety processes.
  • Actively work with external suppliers to provide support and improve their EVO portal usage.
  • Assist customers with general maintenance enquiries.
Requirements
  • A qualified Diesel Mechanic.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with good listening and probing skills.
  • Critical analysis and problem-solving skills, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance, and accountability.

Please note that a requirement of this role is that you MUST be a licensed heavy vehicle mechanic.
