Key Responsibilities:
- Process AP and AR, reconciliations, and perform various administrative tasks
- Provide executive support and manage office administration
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
- Manage accounts payable in-house, previously handled by an overseas team
Requirements:
- Strong skills in accounts payable management
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
- Experience in a similar finance or administration role
- Experience in process improvement and workflow management
