About the Company

About the Role
In this role you will play a crucial part of assisting senior staff in the administrative duties in the finance department of a leading State Government department.
- Strong Reconciliation experience
- Maintaining accurate client records
- General Ledger accounting knowledge
- Navigating multiple financial and client software/systems
- Utilise Microsoft Excel (ability to confidently use, maintain and develop spreadsheets, including the use of basic formulas and functions)
About You
Our client is seeking someone that can hit the ground running and have the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in processing large volumes of work with accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience is preferred
- Computer literacy – Ability to navigate different software and dashboards, confident with using
- SAP systems (experience desirable, but not required
