About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Education Specialist to join our team at Randstad.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training and support materials to companies within the Health Sector.

With a focus on building strong relationships with client contacts, you will work to increase participation in our salary packaging program and the number of products and services per client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure clients achieve maximum exposure to employees
  • Travel extensively to various locations to provide support and guidance to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue and expand our services
  • Manage and resolve key customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in banking or financial services
  • B2C or B2B sales experience is highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Confidence, presentation skills, and a passion for providing excellent service
