About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at Milestones Early Learning Blair Athol. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in implementing programs, following the EYLF, and sharing the excitement of child-led discovery with our educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our educators to implement programs and follow the EYLF.
- Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children's learning.
- Able to build a strong rapport with our families and educators.
- Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded.
About You:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent.
- Have a current Working with Children's Check.
- A passion to develop our little learners.
