Job Title: Vocational Education and Training Specialist

ILSC Education Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vocational Education and Training Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our National VET Administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our students and trainers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage student services and administrative duties, including responding to student enquiries and creating class allocations and placements.
  • Coordinate student communications and messaging, and manage student records and databases.
  • Prepare and participate in student intakes, and issue nationally recognized qualifications.
  • Run reports and update CRM databases, and collaborate with the wider ILSC community.
  • Provide cover and support for reception, and complete other tasks and project work as required.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent technical skills, including database management and LMS experience.
  • A passion for education and sensitivity to cultural and language issues facing our overseas students.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with fluency in written and spoken English.
Work Arrangement:

The role will be split between our CBD office and a WFH arrangement, with days onsite and days from home. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of hours per week, with flexible hours between am and pm weekdays.
