We're seeking a strategic and driven professional to lead the development and delivery of innovative retirement solutions.

Job Overview

In this pivotal role, you'll partner across the business to inform and execute our product vision. You'll bring deep expertise in retirement research, analysis, and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic product initiatives aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse market trends and member insights to inform product enhancements.
  • Drive operational excellence and support distribution strategies.

You'll play a pivotal role in implementing product and retirement income strategies, enhancing our offering, driving member engagement, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is passionate about delivering market-leading retirement solutions that make a real difference in our members' lives.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retirement product management or strategy, including proven experience in design and delivery of new-to-market solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and operationalise product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, marketing, or a related discipline.
