Shape the future of retirement solutions with our team. We're seeking a strategic and driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative superannuation and retirement solutions.

  • As a key member of the Product & Retirement team, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing product and retirement income strategies.
  • You'll lead initiatives that enhance our product offering, drive member engagement, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is passionate about delivering market-leading retirement solutions that make a real difference in members' lives.
About You
  • We're looking for a minimum 5 years' experience in retirement product management or strategy, including proven experience in design and delivery of new-to-market solutions.
  • You'll have strong knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and operationalise product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, marketing or a related discipline.
