We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to support our dynamic production environment as a Production Officer at our site.

Key ResponsibilitiesSafety
  • Promote and uphold a culture of safety in accordance with company policies and OHS/WHS legislation.
  • Support log entries and corrective action tracking.
  • Identify and report proactive safety hazards and near misses, and collaborate in managing incidents.
Quality
  • Ensure all activities comply with HACCP and Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Assist in maintaining site accreditation and quality documentation.
  • Support audits and record keeping requirements.
Administration
  • Respond to internal and external customer queries via phone and email.
  • Accurately post finished goods (FG) and work-in-progress (WIP) production entries into D365, including inventory reconciliation and variance investigation.
  • Update daily meeting boards and contribute to internal communications.
  • Manage document control, including SOPs, toolbox talks, and training records.
  • Raise purchase orders for site consumables, services, casual labour, and coordinate invoice accruals with Maintenance and Finance.
  • Monitor and maintain the Admin Inbox and manage freight invoices.
  • Record and archive staff files and induction documents.
  • Complete monthly accruals with the Finance team.
General
  • Conduct internal audits on systems such as LinkSafe, ChemAlert, FeedTrack, and Guardian.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Production team on projects and initiatives.
  • Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by Management or delegated authority.
  • Engage in personal development, relevant training, and site meetings.
  • Support refresher training for operator SOPs and document updates.
