Job Description

This key leadership role within the Civil Infrastructure Maintenance team involves overseeing and working alongside a small crew to execute assigned maintenance tasks on Council's civil infrastructure assets.

As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for identifying necessary resources and allocating them for task completion, as well as detecting defect causes in assets to propose effective solutions. You will also use technology/software to update and manage work orders and administrative tasks.

  • This includes performing a variety of general labouring duties such as removal of debris, fixing and replacing signs, fixing pathway, kerb and channel issues, addressing traffic island defects, and maintaining other infrastructure and areas as needed.
