
Resource Planning Specialist

This critical role is focused on developing and maintaining key operating disciplines across our operations and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource planning, with experience managing relationships with operational leads to drive efficient staff scheduling and real-time execution. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining incident management protocols, business continuity coordination, and the scheduled execution of business-driven change to meet performance expectations.
The Operational Planning Manager will play a vital role in facilitating an optimized operating environment by driving alignment between long-term and short-term planning and operational delivery. This includes applying core contact centre workforce planning principles to create a working environment aligned with our organizational culture.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate forecast and capacity models. They should also have a track record of supporting change impact assessments and reporting/scheduling experience.
Key qualifications include at least 3 years of resource planning experience, with a strong understanding of MS Office skills and coding experience (SQL, Teradata) being beneficial.
