
Procurement Planning Specialist

In this role, you will play a vital part in developing, managing, and monitoring procurement plans to meet contractual commitments and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include analyzing capacity, optimizing resource use, and ensuring business continuity. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop detailed procurement plans within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, leveraging your expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
To succeed in this position, you will require strong analytical skills, data analysis experience, and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Excel. A formal qualification in supply chain management is highly desirable, as is knowledge of supply chain processes and repair procedures.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing procurement plans that align with business objectives
- Optimizing resource utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on plan performance
- Identifying capacity constraints and developing mitigation strategies
- Ensuring data integrity and defining planning standards
