Childcare Leader

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team as a Childcare Leader. As Second in Charge, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for children in our service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Activity Development: Assist in designing and delivering exciting activities that reflect the interests of the children in your program.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Help ensure the program meets all industry regulations and standards.
  • Parent Engagement: Interact with parents and assist with their inquiries to provide outstanding support.
  • School Community Representation: Represent the team within the school community by attending events, assemblies, and more when required.
  • Fun and Engagement: Play, engage, and have a blast with primary school-aged kids.
  • Holiday Program Management: Co-manage or coordinate activities during the school holiday program.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for working with kids and being full of energy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in Before and After School Care or education (training provided if needed).
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Availability for stable, permanent part-time hours.
