Mental Health Specialist Therapist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Brief Intervention Mental Health Service at Gosford Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health crises.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and person-centred interventions that promote recovery and wellbeing
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff
- Engage with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, integrated care
- Contribute to quality improvement projects and research initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Qualifications:
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA
- Skills:
Broad generalist and/or specialist OT knowledge, unencumbered driver's license, and ability to travel across the District and external sites as required
