**About the Role**

Pandora is looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Specialist to join their team.

The role will involve executing the trading line up from an online perspective, alongside the eCommerce Coordinator. This includes promotions, campaigns, collection launches and local initiatives such as POS bundles and key events.

The role is responsible for reporting on execution and optimising the site through web merchandising activities such as on-site search, sorting rules, Einstein recommenders and content slots.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Ensure coherent launch of campaigns;
  • Adapt global guidelines to fit local assortment;
  • Approve translations for local website;
  • Ensure local policy pages are accurate and store finder information is up to date;
  • UAT and launch of new digital features;
  • Support Ecommerce Trade Manager in developing commercial insights to boost conversion, basket and sales;
  • Evaluate consumer and website behaviour to find patterns and propose tests to increase conversion.
**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous eCommerce experience;
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field;
  • Computer skills in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Analytics and CMS.
