**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Assistant to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review merchandise presentation on site to ensure accuracy and meet internal guidelines
  • Review categories, sub-categories, brands and collections to ensure accuracy
  • Audit photos and online content to ensure high standards
  • Collaborate with immediate team members and across departments to document errors and troubleshoot
  • Curate and merchandise products and collections to support marketing activities in line with digital marketing recommendations and reports
  • Create briefs for new campaign assets (homepage banners, category banners and features as required)
  • Review and update relevant website content as needed
  • Support Marketing Campaigns with relevant updates on website as required

**Requirements:

  • Experience in fast-moving retail industry preferred
  • Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing a must, preferably undertaking qualifications in Marketing or Business discipline
  • Results-oriented with ability to work cross-functionally with other teams in the business
  • Positive can-do attitude with desire to excel and achieve in the role
  • Shopify experience preferred but not essential
