Business Growth Expert

In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding and maintaining a portfolio of high-value client relationships within the Food and Leisure industry.

  • You will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing expert technical support, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • To achieve success in this role, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of innovative business growth initiatives, collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue new opportunities, and work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Develop and execute plans to grow and maintain existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs, leveraging expertise in the Food and Leisure industry.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and resolving conflicts through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the Food and Leisure industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, develop creative solutions, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
