Key Role: Receptionist

The role of receptionist is a crucial part of our facilities management team. As a vital member, you will be responsible for ensuring the welcome area and welcome desk are clean and presentable.

You will coordinate catering for meetings and events, maintain and check kitchen and office supplies, and order common use items for the site.

Assist with administration and facilities duties as directed by the account manager or facilities manager. Create, assign, and review work orders, purchase request generations & invoice receipting.

Coordinates work orders processes and work delivery with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with SLAs and assist in resolving problems.

Responsibilities:

  1. A customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
  2. Experience in customer service and/or front of house / client facing in a professional / corporate environment.
  3. Exposure in facilities management, excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
  4. Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
