Job Title:

A Senior Human Resources Specialist is required to manage the people and compliance function within a fast-paced environment.

This role will support the strategic delivery of our people agenda while ensuring high-quality, consistent operational execution across HR teams.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior stakeholders and global HR colleagues to drive continuity, capability uplift, and development for local teams.

Key responsibilities include providing support to leadership forums, approvals, and regional representation as needed. Additionally, this role will drive compliance and governance activities, coordinate employee lifecycle initiatives, and lead projects across key areas such as engagement, workforce planning, learning, and change.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources roles, preferably in business partner positions, particularly in matrixed or global organizations.
  • Strong operational HR experience across employee relations, compliance, performance, and lifecycle delivery.
  • Solid understanding of Australian employment law and industrial instruments, with exposure to enterprise agreements highly regarded.
  • Excellent relationship building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence using data and systems to guide decisions and track performance.
  • Experience navigating change and scaling processes.
