Senior Human Resources Specialist

Job Description

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the HR systems, working collaboratively with the HR team and university stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement system fixes or improvements that enhance the effectiveness of the university HR systems and processes.

The Senior Manager will lead a team of HR professionals who oversee the operational effectiveness of the systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and practices for continuous improvement and strategic change
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate, influence, motivate and build strong relationships across the university
  • Use and understanding of core HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workforce software, Page up and People Pulse
  • Ability to identify improvements, drive initiatives and support overall operational efficiency
