Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing staff and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • Manage inventory levels and control departmental expenses
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
