Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement people-related strategies to achieve business objectives

  • Provide high-level advice to drive productivity, engagement, and skills development

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience as a Human Resources generalist with a proven track record of delivering strategic advice and outcomes
  • Knowledge of various Human Resources functions, including Enterprise Agreement negotiations, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, employment law, and employee relations
  • An analytical and strategic mindset, supplemented with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
