We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at our BONDS Kids store in Bondi Junction.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing stock levels, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

They will also be responsible for implementing visual merchandising plans, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead by example by creating memorable, honest and empowering customer connections
  • To assist in the training and development of store staff to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs
  • To manage high stock volumes and process deliveries efficiently
  • To collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad hoc tasks as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in retail management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.

You will also need to be able to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and have a strong attention to detail.
