Senior Infrastructure Development Manager

Our organization is seeking a strategic and experienced Program Director to lead a major campus development in the Cairns area.
Key Responsibilities:- Project oversight, stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract administration, and risk management coordination
- Leadership of consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery
- Program lifecycle management, including planning, design, construction, and completion
- Demonstrated experience leading large infrastructure projects through all phases
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including funding bodies, councils, consultants, and contractors
- Sound knowledge of program management frameworks and legislative requirements
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities in complex environments
